Kyabel Property is a boutique property developer in South- East Queensland specialising in property development advice, development management and overseeing the design and build of world-class residential development projects.

In this rebrand, we wanted to reinforce the reputation for excellence in the residential property development market that KYABEL has built over the years through their tenacity and commitment to craftsmanship, quality, innovation, and passion for the industry.

We introduced some silver tones and animations into the visual identity to balance out the dominating core navy colour and allow the brand/business to explore and present new dimensions. 

We created a map scene with custom icons which will be rolled out across the brand and digital marketing to represent the "You Are Here" campaign we created.
