LUMO partnered with Southern Lifts to redefine their brand from the inside out. The focus was on clarifying who they are, what they stand for, and why they are the best choice in a crowded, often indistinguishable market.
We developed a strategic foundation built around a clear principle. Depth over breadth. This became the guiding direction for both the verbal and visual identity, positioning Southern Lifts as a specialist rather than a generalist. A business that does a select few things exceptionally well.
From there, we refined their messaging to remove industry clichés and replace them with clear, confident language that reflects their expertise and experience. The goal was to articulate real value. Not just what they do, but how they do it and why that matters.
Visually, we evolved the brand to feel more considered and professional. Strengthening typography, refining colour application, and exploring a more distinctive identity system that avoids typical category tropes.
This work extended into a broader rollout strategy, including a website overhaul, product page redesign, and a structured digital marketing approach. Each element designed to work together as a cohesive system.
